What we do
We publish free health and fitness calculators, in-depth wellness guides, step-by-step exercise how-tos, and reference charts — no sign-up, no paywall, no email capture. Alongside them, a free app lets you log hydration, sleep, mood, workouts and your cycle, then see your trends, keep streaks, and stay motivated.
Everything is designed to be practical and genuinely useful: clear answers to real questions, tools that give an instant result, and habits you can actually stick to.
Why this site exists
Most free health calculators hand you a number and nothing else. No indication of which formula produced it, who validated that formula, how far off it might be for someone like you, or when it simply does not apply. The articles around them tend to be padded and unsourced — written to rank in search results rather than to be read by a person.
We wanted the opposite. Every calculator here names the equation behind it and the researchers who published it. Every page states plainly what its number cannot tell you and who it is wrong for. Health claims link out to the WHO, the NIH, the NHS, and peer-reviewed literature so you can check them yourself instead of trusting us.
Who is behind it
AURAWELLNESS.fit is independently run by Waseem Sajad, who writes and edits everything published here. He is not a doctor or a licensed health professional, and the site never claims he is — see the author page and editorial policy for exactly what that means for the content you read.
There is no editorial board and no support department. That is a limitation, and we would rather state it than imply an institution that does not exist.
How it is funded
Advertising, through Google AdSense, shown on the public content pages. The app itself is ad-free. We sell no products, take no affiliate commissions, accept no sponsored posts or paid links, and have no commercial relationship with any supplement, equipment, or food company. No advertiser sees an article before it is published or has any say in what it says.
What we believe
Wellness is not about perfection — it is about small, repeatable habits across a few areas that compound over time. Our content and tools are organised around the pillars below.
