It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or prescriptions and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required by law in your country to create an account, and you agree to provide accurate account information.
Accounts & your responsibilities
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Visitors can read content and use local tools; syncing your logs across devices requires a signed-in account.
You are responsible for checking nutrition and exercise suggestions against your own allergies, conditions, and professional medical advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for anything illegal or malicious, and do not attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access to it. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Cost
The Service is free. There are no paid plans or subscriptions. The public content pages are funded by advertising.
Termination & account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion follows the 30-day grace period described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
